Business & Executive Coaching

Business & Executive Coaching provides a space for professionals to discuss a specific work-related challenge/opportunity in a safe and confidential space. The guiding principle of coaching is distinct from the leading nature of mentoring and the clinical approach of counselling. The GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Way Forward) model is the most common framework employed in business coaching. The sessions generally take place once a month over 4-5 months. In this instance, the sessions are offered by a trainee coach with over twenty years experience working in the community. There is no cost.
